About Us

We are a Company based in North East UK Specialising in Car Modifications. Our Main Focus is Volkswagen and Toyota (Specifically the GT86 Model). We aim to bring modifications to all age ranges as we know everyone likes to express their personality in different ways. We all have different taste and prefer different things, so we hope to bring more modifications for your vehicles as we develop as a company. We always welcome any suggestions from our clients and always listen to feedback both positive and negative. We love you all.

Delivery

Delivery can depend on many factors and we know some of you may have questions about it. For our standard products we aim to have them delivered to you within 1-2 weeks. Within this time we will check over the order make sure we do our quality checks so that you get your items and are fully satisfied. Custom made orders are a little different, custom orders will require 3-4 weeks time as they are always made to order. Meaning, we manufacture the products when a customer has placed the order and we do not keep this item on the shelf.

Out of Stock

What if the product i ordered is not in stock? If you have ordered a product and a team member has informed you it is out of stock until a certain date, you will always be offered to wait till the product is in stock, or we will offer compensation for the mistake on our end. We always look after our customers however sometimes even we make mistakes. We always like to be competitive with our prices and for this reason sometimes our items can be out of stock until a later date.

Refunds and Returns

If you are not happy or satisfied with your purchase we will always listen to our customers. When you're not happy we always urge you to contact us via Instagram, Facebook or our Website contact form. We will always try amend any issues before we resolve to a return as there may be alternatives the customer or we may suggest. If you have decided a return and refund is what you would like we honor a 14-day return policy. This means from the day your product has arrived, you have fourteen days to return it for a full refund, as long as this product is in pristine condition and not damaged we will always refund the purchase. If the product arrived damaged, we would open a claim for your order and look into it, and offer a replacement item or possibly a refund.
